Using the energy of the New Moon, we’ll release what no longer serves us and plant seeds for what we truly desire. Through guided meditation, creative expression, and intention-setting, you’ll craft a vision board that reflects the future you want to create. Join us for a sacred, supportive experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Expect:

When: Friday April 25th, two days before the full moon

Where: Sierra mind-body wellness in Grass Valley : 154 Hughes Rd, Grass Valley, CA

🌙 Blessing the Space
We’ll begin by honoring and blessing the space, setting the stage for a sacred and transformative experience.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Group Meditation
Center yourself with a calming meditation, aligning your energy with the present moment and the group.

✨ Stretch & Move
A gentle stretch to open up your body and release any tension, preparing you for the deeper work ahead.

🌑 Aligning with the Moon’s Energy & Moon Cycle Discussion
Dive into the energy of the New Moon and explore the significance of the lunar cycle. Learn how to harness its power to manifest and set intentions.

🌱 Intentions/Goals Circle or Journaling
Gather in a circle to share your goals and intentions for the future, or spend some quiet time journaling privately about what you wish to manifest in your life.

🖼 Create Your Vision Board
Now that you’ve set your intentions, get creative and bring them to life through your vision board! Use art, images, and words to visualize and manifest your desires.

🌟 Sharing Circle
Come together as a group to share your intentions, vision boards, or reflections. This is a space for connection, support, and encouragement as we all move forward with our dreams.

🌙 Closing Ceremony
We’ll close the circle with a heartfelt ceremony to honor the energy of the group, the work we've done, and the intentions we’ve set for the future.

Materials Provided:

Materials Provided:
All materials for your vision board creation will be provided, including vision board kits with inspirational pictures, quotes, and stickers, 2x3 photo prints, paint pens, markers, scissors, glue, and more! Plus, enjoy tea and a comfortable space to create and manifest your dreams.

What to Bring:
Please bring a journal for your intentions and any personal items you’d like to make the space feel sacred to you (e.g., crystals, candles, or special objects).
